BAYANIHAN: Towards a More Resilient Philippines




The Philippines is full of beautiful features like beaches, stunning landmarks, and wonderers, and is home to different creatures. But one mistake made might give to the downfall of the Philippines. With the goal for us to turn into a resilient country, we have to begin by helping and supporting each other. And picking other nations to favor with us. But it is troublesome in light of the fact that favoring with the wrong ones may lead to an overwhelming result. For some situations like if our country needs assistance still other nations might not spend their money to support us.

The Philippines is a unique and beautiful country where kindness and respect towards others is part of the culture, and all are willing to help you to have a wonderful experience in their country. The nation has endless natural beauty, yet also the skills and modern infrastructure to make it home to many of the world's largest companies. The Philippines is home to many beautiful things, along with these are its people. Hospitality is one of the characteristics of Filipinos that made many tourists and other country officials want to go back here, in the Philippines. Furthermore, I believe that one of the reasons why tourists do not want to go back to the Philippines is because of crime and fear-mongering or terrorism in our country. Filipinos are doing awesome work in keeping up and supporting the magnificence and eminence of the nation by keeping up harmony and peace. Yet, behind those upbeats and blissful looks conceal the most unrivaled thing that makes us Filipinos. The location of the Philippines makes it more prone to disasters that greatly affect the people currently living here.  In spite of the loss and suffering that we have experienced, we never lost confidence and drag others to their help if it seems like their losing hope, and they do the same too if we are the ones who need help. The Bayanihan and unity of the Filipinos prevent the downfall and destructive outcomes of disasters and problems. Those crazy encounters and sufferings, made possible who we are now today.

The Philippines is an excellent nation that is loaded up with rich resources, different cultures along with its caring and hospitable people. But since we disregarded and underestimated our resources, it is presently something we can’t brag about. The travel industry would be an extraordinary way for our country to flourish but since of terrorism and crimes, few people decided not to come to our country regardless of the beautiful features that our country has. Here, in the Philippines, solidarity and Bayanihan is the answer towards a more resilient Philippines.
